At Red Wolf, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. If you receive a product that is damaged or malfunctioning, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility We accept return and refund requests only for items that arrive damaged or are found to be defective/malfunctioning. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at redwolfjewels@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Resolution Upon approval, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Claims submitted after the 3-day window.
  • Items without proof of damage.

Final Note All sales are otherwise final. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
