Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We offer standard shipping across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery times vary by destination, generally 7–21 business days.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Delays Red Wolf is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at redwolfjewels@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD may be available for select areas within Pakistan. This option, if available, will appear at checkout.
